Erica R. Barron, DVM CVA
Veterinarian, Owner
Dr. Erica decided at a very young age she wanted to become a veterinarian. She had as many different pets (and types) as her parents would allow while growing up.
She graduated from The Ohio State Veterinary Medical College in 2009 and moved to Arlington. After becoming interested in Traditional Chinese Medicine and wanting to provide more for her patients, she pursued a TCVM Acupuncture certification from The Chi institute in 2013. Her passion is to provide care and treatment to patients and enjoys helping them have better quality of days.
When she is not working with pets, Dr. Erica is rooting for the Buckeyes with her husband Matt and two kids Shoshanna and Benjamin. Cleopatra and Elvis are the two entertaining cats that currently round out the Barron home.

Jean Raleigh
Appointment Scheduling
Jean is originally from Florida and is the scheduler for AcuVet. She lives in DC with her 16-year-old Wheaten Terrier, Luna, and actually started out as an AcuVet client. After Luna had hip replacement surgery, she started receiving acupuncture and laser therapy with Dr. Barron, and Jean saw first hand how they helped Luna with her pain management. Now she handles the schedule to help other dogs and cats benefit from AcuVet.
